Byron’s newest bakery Masa is a local bakehouse located in Byron Bay Arts & Industry Estate specialising in artisan croissants and sourdough.

Originally from Columbia, chef and long-time baker Josè opened the bakery in 2021 drawing inspiration from a range of cuisines he’s worked with in the past pairing his passion for creativity and originality with a French favourite. Masa’s menu changes regularly with seasonal produce and flavour exploration. Creating a truly memorial experience for every return.
