A Japanese style restaurant, offering a delicious range of fresh hand made sushi, Japanese inspired burgers, wraps, salads and coffee from Byron Moonshine. Their aim is to use local produce where possible and to provide fresh ingredients and friendly atmosphere. They are so good, that very rarely will you come across this place without a queue out of the door. They are BYO and have Ramen noodle night every Friday. Freewave is an absolute must!
