Bonito brings together the many flavours of Peruvian cuisine, harmoniously weaving together flavours from Spain, Italy, Japan and China.

Andres and Franco’s passion for local Australian ingredients influences their cooking. A wide range of fresh, vibrant, and diverse ingredients are used from the Northern Rivers region. Locally-caught fish, Ballina prawns, grass-fed beef, and hinterland fruit and vegetables all appear on the menu. The menu is pillared by Peruvian cooking techniques and offered in a relaxed atmosphere.
