A local bakehouse specializing in artisan croissants and sourdough, Masa is the creation of Colombian-born chef and long-time baker José, who opened the bakery in 2021. Drawing inspiration from the many cuisines he has worked with over the years, José combines his passion for creativity and originality with the French art of the croissant.

The menu changes regularly with the seasons, bringing together fresh produce and new flavour combinations that make every visit a little different. A beautiful spot for your morning coffee, something freshly baked and a little indulgence.
