Real Mexican food in a funky little room in Billinudgel. Rosefina’s is all about the kind of cooking that takes time—with traditional flavours and plenty of care behind every dish. The birria is a standout (made with more than twenty ingredients including smokey chillies prepared by hand), alongside ceviche, mole, tacos and generous share plates made for the table. Add a margarita (or two), save room for the chocolate tres leches, and settle into a cosy corner or the relaxed alfresco area.
